Can I request custom-made items from The Deli by Greenhorns?
Currently, we do not offer custom-made items. All orders must be selected from our existing menu on the website. However, we welcome suggestions for new items and appreciate your feedback.

Yes, we can accommodate various dietary restrictions and preferences, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and more. We stock many items on our store that cater to these requirements however feel free to make clear on order notes.
How can I make changes to my wholesale catering order?
You can make changes to your order up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Please contact our customer service team to make any adjustments.
What is your cancellation policy for wholesale catering?
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the delivery time may incur a cancellation fee.

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and direct bank transfers. Payment terms will be discussed and agreed upon when setting up your wholesale account.
