How do I place an order for corporate catering?

You can place your order through our online website at www.the-deli.com.au. Simply browse our menu, select your items, and proceed to checkout.

What is the minimum order amount for corporate catering?

Our minimum order amount is $50 for corporate catering services.

How far in advance do I need to place my order?

All corparate catering orders should be placed the day before at the latest. If you require an emergency order on the day of your meeting or event please give us a call on 08 6107 5799

Do you cater to dietary restrictions and preferences?

Yes, we cater to all dietary requirements, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and more. Please specify your needs when placing your order.

What is your delivery area and how are delivery fees calculated?

We deliver to offices and businesses throughout Perth and the Greater Perth region. Delivery fees for corporate catering are calculated based on the distance from our city location at 811 Hay St, Perth WA 6000.

What are your delivery hours?

Our standard delivery hours are from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday. For deliveries outside these hours, please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?

Yes, you can make changes to your order up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Please contact our customer service team to make any adjustments.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the delivery time may not be refunded however please contact us to discuss further.

Do you provide utensils, plates, and napkins with the catering order?

Yes, we provide all necessary utensils, plates, and napkins with your catering order. You can order these when placing your order online.

Can you accommodate last-minute orders?

We offer a variety of fresh foods, including sandwiches, salads, breakfast items, and more. All our products are made with high-quality ingredients to ensure freshness and taste.

How do I place a wholesale catering order?

All orders will be placed through our website. You will be setup with a wholesale catering account where discounts will automatically be displayed.

Is there a minimum order requirement for wholesale catering?

There is no minimum order requirement.

What are the delivery fees for wholesale catering?

Wholesale catering delivery fees are a flat $15, regardless of the distance from our city location at 811 Hay St, Perth WA 6000.

What is the lead time for placing a wholesale catering order?

Orders must be placed by 3pm the day before delivery and 3pm Saturday for a Monday Delivery.

Can I request custom-made items from The Deli by Greenhorns?

Currently, we do not offer custom-made items. All orders must be selected from our existing menu on the website. However, we welcome suggestions for new items and appreciate your feedback.
